Set the date and time manually for Google Android 9:
1. Swipe up on the screen and tap 'Settings'.
2. Scroll down and tap 'System'.
3. Tap 'Date and time'.
4. Tap the sliders next to 'Auto time and date' and 'Auto time zone'.
5. Tap 'Set Date' to set the date.
6. Tap 'Set Time' to set the time.
