Set date and time for Huawei

Your Huawei phone's date and time are automatically updated via the internet. Of course, you might want to adjust the date or time manually, for example because you're travelling or don't have an internet connection. Check out the instructions below on how to adjust the date and time on your Huawei phone or tablet!

  Adjust date and time for Huawei Android 9:
  
  1. Go to 'Settings'.
  2. Scroll down and tap 'System'.
  3. Tap 'Date and time'.
  4. Tap the slider next to 'Set automatically'.
  5. Tap 'Set date' to manually adjust the date.
  6. Tap 'Set time' to manually adjust the time.

  Adjust date and time for Huawei Android 7:
  
  1. Swipe left and tap 'Settings'.
  2. Scroll down and tap 'Advanced Settings'.
  3. Tap 'Date and time'.
  4. Tap the slider next to 'Autom. time and date'.
  5. Tap 'Set date' or 'Set time' to change this manually.
  6. When you return to the home screen, you'll see that it's changed instantly!
