Set date and time for Honor

The date and time on your Honor device are automatically updated via the internet. Of course, you might want to adjust the date or time manually, for example because you're travelling or don't have an internet connection. Check out the explanation below about adjusting the date and time on your Honor phone or tablet!

• Android 9

  Adjusting the date and time for Honor Android 9:
  
  1. Go to 'Settings'.
  2. Scroll down and tap 'System'.
  3. Tap 'Date and time'.
  4. Tap the slider next to 'Set automatically'.
  5. Tap 'Set date' to manually adjust the date.
  6. Tap 'Set time' to manually adjust the time.

• Android 7

  Adjusting the date and time for Honor Android 7:
  
  1. Swipe left and tap 'Settings'.
  2. Scroll down and tap 'Advanced Settings'.
  3. Tap 'Date and time'.
  4. Tap the slider next to 'Autom. time and date'.
  5. Tap 'Set date' or 'Set time' to change this manually.
  6. When you return to the home screen, you'll see that it's immediately updated!
